The Queensland Government Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (EHP) has been named the winner in the Process Excellence Awards for 2016 for their ‘Connect’ System project.
Procensol was engaged as the sole Appian implementation partner to deliver the ‘Connect’ System project which has positioned EHP as a best practice leader nationally.
The project fostered major transformation, upgrading outdated business systems, improving regulatory management and taking EHP online for the first time allow external stakeholder engagement.
The project significantly modernised and increased the efficiency of EHP’s business processes framework.
